Open Watcom
Open Watcom is a project of the open source community to maintain and enhance the Watcom C, C++, and Fortran cross compilers and tools.
In 2003, the Watcom C/C++ and Fortran compilers were released as an open source project under a new name, Open Watcom.
Open Watcom is open source software, available under the Open Watcom Public License which allows free commercial and non-commercial use.
The 17 January 2023, the Open Watcom Team announced the development of Open Watcom will start again.
